Pre-employment health screening machine: It doesn't check for

An annual physical examination is called "annual check-up"; a 3-minute check-up before starting work is called "daily check-up". These are two different things. Many enterprises only conduct the former. Often, some enterprises say: We arrange physical examinations every year, and the employees' health is fine.

Physical examinations are very important, but they only answer the question "Have there been any major problems this year?". However, this morning, this employee's blood pressure was stable, his heart rate was not fast, and he didn't sleep well last night - none of these "today's conditions" are mentioned in the physical examination report. Physical examinations are "annual snapshots", while pre-job checks are "daily status". The two cannot be substituted for each other.

The pre-job health detection device is not conducting medical examinations; it is performing a status assessment: determining whether it is suitable for you to take on this position today, providing managers with a clear reference.

How to use the pre-job health detection device? It's very simple - just scan your face or your work card, and complete multiple tests such as blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, alcohol content, and psychological state in 3 minutes. If the indicators fluctuate, the system will prompt "Recommend attention"; if the status is stable, the system will prompt "You can go on duty". It does not diagnose or label, just providing a reference.

Annual physical examinations reflect "long-term trends", while pre-job tests represent "today's situation". Long-term trends rely on physical examinations, while today's safety depends on pre-job checks. The integrated machine for pre-job health checks needs to connect the "annual" and "daily" two nets: the annual report shows changes, and the 3-minute pre-shift check shows the current situation.

Health management is essentially a "annual + daily" system. Without either part, there will be loopholes. Annual physical examinations cannot cover every single day; while the integrated health testing machine for pre-job checks turns the question of "whether one is fit to work today" into a one-time action that can be recorded, traced, and referenced - it does not replace physical examinations, but merely fills in the "today" section. With regular physical examinations in the long term and pre-job checks today, safety can truly be closed-looped.
